SUMMARY:XI Congreso Andaluz de Sociología
DESCRIPTION:Universidad de Córdoba | 24 – 25 Noviembre 2022\n  \nAndalucía\, nuevos retos\, nuevos escenarios \n\nEl XI Congreso Andaluz de Sociología está pensado como un espacio abierto\, de encuentro y reflexión entre la sociología académica y la profesional\, así como respecto a otras disciplinas y a la ciudadanía en su conjunto\, sobre las implicaciones de los cambios sociales que de forma acelerada se han ido sucediendo en los últimos lustros en Andalucía. Este interés responde a la primera misión constituyente de la sociología\, que es la de dotar de los elementos que permitan una comprensión de los acontecimientos sociales\, para prever las medidas efectivas con las que intervenir sobre ellos. \nEste congreso no quiere limitarse a análisis objetivos y externos\, sino que persigue incorporar las perspectivas de la diversidad de actores que conforman la realidad social andaluza\, por lo que se concibe como un congreso abierto\, en el que la propia sociedad andaluza\, a través de sus múltiples representantes\, tenga una participación de pleno derecho. \nEl análisis reflexivo de los nuevos escenarios que transitamos tiene que ser el punto de arranque de una práctica comprometida de la sociología\, en la que la ciencia se transforme en conocimiento\, y éste en un recurso para promover “escenarios deseables” para Andalucía. Este interés responde al segundo mandato de la sociología\, el que tiene que ver no sólo con la transferencia del conocimiento\, sino también con la responsabilidad social de las instituciones académicas y científicas. \nWeb

DESCRIPTION:Autonomous University of Barcelona | 8 – 10 September 2022\n  \nIndustrial Relations and the Green Transition; Towards inclusive and sustainable growth \n\nThe 13th European Regional Congress of the International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) will take place in Barcelona on 8-10 September 2022 and will explore the contribution of industrial relations to the Green Transition towards a low carbon economy. \nThe Covid-19 crisis has made even more necessary the implementation of radical transformations in the economies to make them socially and environmentally sustainable. As part of the response to climate change\, but also to the pandemic\, many countries are currently debating the implementation of so-called New Green Deals. \nThe congress will provide an opportunity to discuss the role of social dialogue and collective bargaining in fostering green transitions at micro\, meso and macro level. \nWeb
