Participation of Vicent Borràs in the debate organized by the digital media Social.cat, with the collaboration of Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Famílies. Social.cat has invited three speakers from different fields to give a broad view of this reality.   

The experts try to answer these questions: is work-life balance a fallacy?  Can we build reasonable time management? Does conciliation become a new problem for women that makes them more invisible in the labor market? And in the third sector, a precarious sector, how is all this managed?
