Abstract: How do different sectors coordinate to establish labour agreements between employers and workers and what is important to take into account in the collective bargaining process? These are the questions that the project ‘Networked coordination of Industrial Relations’ (NetwIR), coordinated by the Centre d’Estudis Sociològics sobre la Vida Quotidiana i el Treball (QUIT) of the UAB, answers. In this article, researchers Oscar Molina and Alejandro Godino present the results obtained and point out the importance of using social network analysis to study labour relations.
