Abstract: In his doctoral thesis, Alejandro Godino Pons has studied the impact of outsourcing dynamics on the quality of employment. In particular, he develops a multi-strategic analysis focusing on sectors, companies and the daily life of individuals linked to outsourced services (specifically cleaning, contact-centre and community catering) as well as resorting to an articulation of different statistical and information sources. It also analyses the relative weight of privatisation in the public sector and its impact on different administrations.
