With the increase of teleworking due to the pandemic (which reaches around 22% of those employed in Spain), there are many people who have seen in this context the opportunity to definitively promote a culture of teleworking between companies and workers. The adoption of teleworking in this period would serve to leave behind many companies the face-to-face culture, overcome the reluctance to incorporate this modality into their organization and discover its potential benefits. But it would also show the opportunities that teleworking entails to those workers who have never experienced it.
