Matilde Massó Lago

Matilde Massó. She obtained the degree on Sociology in 2001, by the Autonomous University of Barcelone. In 2005 she obtained the DEA (Advanced Studies Degree) with the dissertation entitled “The Competences- based Human Resource Management and its effects on the industrial relations”. Nowadays she has a Ministery of Cience and Education’s bourse to collaborate with the QUIT research project and to undertake her own Ph. D. thesis. The main topics of her research are concern with qualifications ands skills, new forms of Human Resource Management and Competences- based Management in Spain.
