Automatization will have social effects, especially on the occupation rate. Two theses sum up this debate. First thesis about the substitution effect on occupation is a working catastrophe with heavy social consequences, like the idea of the concept of working rapidly moving away from lomg-lasting contracts and full-time schedules. On the other hand, the second thesis argues that the impact would only affect to a 12% of all occupations, and it will have consequences only on the continuous learning necessities through all the life cycle.
