Decoding Algorithmic Management for Platform Worker’s Calculative Power

The project aims at investigating how algorithmic management affects work organisation and working conditions, with particular attention to working time and revenues of workers in female-dominated (care and cleaning) and male-dominated sectors (food-delivery) in Spain, Chile, Uruguay and Switzerland (French and German speaking cantons of Switzerland).
