Alejandro is Lecturer of Sociology at the University of Almería (UAL). Researching on employment relations and labour inequalities.

Correspondent to Eurofound in Spain.

Previously working as researcher at the QUIT in Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), participating in several European projects on the transformation of work and collective bargaining.

Areas of specialization

His PhD deals with the analysis of job quality in outsourced services. His reasearch interest are related to employment relations, organisational studies and labor market inequalities.
