Post-doctoral researcher
Alejandro is Post-doctoral Researcher at Centre d’Estudis Sociològics sobre la Vida Quotidiana I el Treball (Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work) of UAB.
Currently participating in the coordination of European projects focused on changes in the labor market, employment relations and organizations: Relaunching Collective Bargaining Coverage in Outsourced Services (RECOVER) and Networked Coordination of Industrial Relations (NETWIR).
In addition, he works as European correspondent for the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND).

Areas of specialization
His PhD deals with the analysis of job quality in outsourced services. His reasearch interest are related to employment relations, organisational studies and labor market inequalities.
