Description: The conference brought together representatives from public COE centres across Spain to exchange experiences, good practices and innovative projects aimed at incorporating a gender perspective into public employment programmes and services. The event included presentations, practical workshops and collaborative sessions focusing on gender equality, career guidance and public policy evaluation.
