Aquesta recerca forma part d’un estudi comparatiu a nivell europeu sobre les transformacions que han tingut lloc a les darreres dècades en el model d’ocupació lligades principalment a dos fenòmens: un cert “endarreriment” en la incorporació al mercat de treball i d’altra banda les jubilacions anticipades.
