Study on the use of AI and algorithms in the processes of selection and promotion of workers

The main objective of the study is to analyse the effect of algorithm-based AI systems used in the selection, work organisation and promotion processes of companies, identifying both the possible positive effects for workers and the possible biases based on gender, age or ethnicity.
