Abstract: Researchers from the Centre for Sociological Studies on Everyday Life and Work (QUIT) of the Department of Sociology, together with the Institute of Regional and Metropolitan Studies of Barcelona (IERMB), have carried out a study on the gender impact of telework and confinement routines on domestic and care tasks, which concludes that the covid-19 crisis accentuated the gender inequalities that existed before and represented a lost opportunity to move towards a more equal distribution of domestic work and its revaluation.
